I used to eat a lot when I was young. I simply love pastries and  fast food. As time passes, my weight grew to a hefty 198 pounds.  I find myself having difficulties even running for a few minutes. I envy my friends who looked fit and healthy. It is then I realized I have to do something about my weight and health. I did research about weight loss and by observing simple rules about diet and exercise, I started to see results so I have decided to share my tips on weight loss here to help you achieve successful weight loss.
